The wall

Happy Easter Monday everybody! How are your holidays? I hope that you’re on a long weekend break and that you had possibility to spend your time with your families and friends. I had a very confusing Easter this year, because it was nothing like I used to have it before… I would either spend it in Croatia or in Finland and always surrounded with family and relatives, but this time, in LA that wasn’t possible so I have tried to just live this day the best I could and try not to be too melancholic about some past times and traditions…

Maybe it’s time to make my own, new tradition and memories that my daughter will remember and talk about later on in her life. We did some Easter egg hunting, took a long walk around the neighbourhood, visited our “go-to” vendors at the Farmer’s Market, ate delicious brunch at Russian restaurant MariVanna and have chilled at home for the rest of the evening. Not too festive, but not bad either. 🙂

Here’s an outfit which I wore two days in the row because I like it so much that I didn’t wanted to put on anything else, but this. This denim, overall kind of dress was a love at first sight and it left me craving for a pair of denim overall (ripped) jeans. What are your thoughts on overalls? Are you getting a pair too?

Oh and how cool is it that I found this Marylin Monroe graffiti wall down the La Cienega road? I simply had to pose here, Marylin is such a legend and the “painting” looks amazing so I got a free, super cool backdrop for today’s outfit photos. 🙂
