Hello world!
Just a quick update with an outfit post. I’m soon heading out to see my daughter perform at her kindergarten’s Christmas party for all of the parents. It’s such a proud and special moment, both for parents and kids.
Tomorrow is reserved for some self-nourishing time and fun with my sister downtown in the morning and evening is reserved for a nice time with mulled wine and catching up with Grey’s Anatomy episodes.

I hope that you had great weekend, filled with lots of fun and great company. I have put up the Christmas tree and all the decorations at home on Saturday and yesterday, as I’ve already mentioned in my previous post, I had pizza party with my sister and her bf. It’s always great to get together with them.
How in the world did the Friday already come? Can you believe that in ONLY 12 days it’s Christmas!? I’m so excited about it, it’s my favourite time of the year and I love every little thing about it. I have bought all of the presents and most of them are already wrapped. I’m planning on putting up the Christmas tree this weekend, so that the Christmas feeling will be complete 🙂
Hello Wednesday and hello everyone! Today is the first day that I’ve been feeling a little bit healthier. I decided to have breakfast at my favourite cafe downtown with my sister. After that we went for a mini Christmas tree shopping with her and a “must” stop at Zara. I got myself new necklace and I like it a lot. I will show it in one of the next outfit posts.
After that, the day pretty much got super hectic and as I’m writing now it’s already evening, I have just finished my Skype call regarding my soon coming photography website and am pretty much ready to go to bed. Tired is something I feel like tattooing on my forehead, that’s how I’ve been feeling most of the time for the past month 😛
Good Monday everyone!
My body is aching and I have caught a big cold with high fever, but I’m feeling very happy because 2 days ago I did a photo shoot which turned out beautifully. I have now couple of ready photos and also couple of “behind the scene” ones which I would like to share with you.
We’ve been shooting on a secret location ( not so secret to locals I guess ) in Helsinki and even though it was so cold and I froze my fingers so much that at some point I was barely able to snap any photos, everything worked out perfectly and I’m so pleased with the outcome.
Good Friday afternoon guys. I’ve been feeling a bit down today, so the rainy weather didn’t contribute to getting my mood up, but once I got to the favourite Nepalese restaurant downtown for lunch with my sister and her bf, I have started to feel much better. Nepalese cuisine is one of my favourite treats and I never left the restaurant disappointed. If you ever visit Helsinki and love exotic food, definitely check out Satkar restaurant.
I’m getting ready to have a business Skype call, we’re still working on my website, but due to me having so much to do/ going on every single day, it’s going slower than what it could, but oh well… We’ll get there eventually 🙂
It’s only Tuesday and I’m already counting days until the weekend. I have a photo shoot planned for then and I can’t wait to shoot some new material and later on edit it. I’m so excited! 🙂
Yesterday was a lovely day. I went for coffee and walk downtown, did some business related stuff and in the afternoon I went ice-skating with my sister and her bf. We had lots of fun and it felt great to ice skate after having a long break of 2 years.
Happy 1st of December everyone!! I’ve had one of the best weekends and I’m so happy right now. Yesterday, my sister and her bf were over for lunch at my place and today we went to great restaurant Tori in downtown for lunch and our bellies ended up being full of delicious food. I can see that the rest of December will be pretty much like this: food, great company, Christmas lights, ornaments and spirit everywhere you go 🙂
I just can’t wait to put up the Christmas tree which I usually do around 6th of December which is also a Finnish Independence day.
Good afternoon dear readers! It’s been a lovely and sunny, but cold day in my city. I had to bring out the full gear, read as : woollen gloves, beanie, giant scarf and warm socks 😀 I’ve been having crazy busy times, but it’s getting a bit more calmer now, just perfectly in time for the holidays. I’ve been also shopping for Christmas presents and I’m now finally done and my next mission is to buy home decor and decorate my home ready for the holidays. It definitely helps me to bear with the lack of daylight and cold weather outside.
Happy beautiful Monday everyone! I know that not everybody is as excited about Mondays as I am, but try to look at it from the positive side and think of Mondays as a new chance to finally do everything you didn’t managed to on previous week(s).
It’s gotten really cold in Finland and I’ve been freezing for days. No matter how many layers of clothes I put on, I’m still cold. One of the downsides of being skinny person – you’re always cold, except when it’s Summertime and I’m laying at the beach… I might as well just go to Australia now 😀 I miss sunny Summer days already and it haven’t even snowed in Helsinki. Ajajaj!
