Yaaaay! It’s Wednesday and I’m off to Stockholm today!! First, I’ll sip on some hot water with freshly squeezed lemon juice ( my ritual every morning ), check what’s new at Net – A – Porter, jump in the shower and then take off to the airport.
I always have great time in Stockholm and that is one of my favourite cities in the world, so I can’t wait to land there later on today. You can follow my trip adventures on my Instagram.
Hello my dear readers! It’s a weekend and almost an end of January! Can you believe that? :O My lovely trip in Zagreb is over and I’m already back home but I would like to share the photos and highlights from the last day of the trip.

One more beautiful and activity filled day in Zagreb is behind and also in front of me. This is my last day in Zagreb on this trip and it’s a bittersweet feeling. This city is always so good to me and I’m thankful for every single person that I’ve met so far.
Good morning once again everybody! How are you all doing? Zagreb has been treating me so nice yesterday that I woke up way too early this morning out of excitement that it’s a new day of exploring, meeting some new people, some old friends and testing some new restaurants. Oh my! I could never believe that Zagreb will ever be one of the “food meccas” in Europe and it definitely IS! There’re so many amazing food spots all over the city that it’s overwhelming. I’m vegan/ vegetarian, while my husband and daughter are both meat eaters so it’s hard to find restaurants where we can all three enjoy our food equally and in Zagreb, that’s not a problem. 🙂
Good morning my dear readers! I’m sending you lots of greetings from my current location, Zagreb! I always love to come back to visit this city. There’s just something charming about it and it has def. developed a lot in the past couple of years. It’s fun and interesting to just wonder around it’s streets and explore all of the new opened places from restaurants and cafes, to shops, museums, etc.
I have arrived here yesterday afternoon and was so tired from having to wake up very early in the morning ( 4 am ) and change two planes to finally land here, so I didn’t do much, but I did meet with my dear cousin which I’ve known ever since I was only couple of months old baby. 🙂
New week, new beginning! I just love Mondays as crazy as that might sound to you. 🙂 I do still have this one photo diary from London left to share with you and then the new outfit post is finally coming too! We’ve been shooting the whole London trip, so if there’s enough of good material, I’ll share that video with you. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it will be a good quality material, because I’ve been wanting to put up a video for a quite some time now. I think that occasional videos would be a nice addition to my blog. Let me know what you think about this!?
Hello my dear readers! I hope that you’re having a good and ( hungover free ) Sunday morning! I’m having a bitter-sweet moment since my mini getaway to London has come to an end and I would SO love to stay here much longer, but I’m also happy to leave because I know that there’s still so much to see and do next time I come back to London. That’s something I love about short trips, you just don’t have time to do everything and see everything you’d want to ( esp. if you’re travelling with children ) but it’s always exciting to come back again so that you can do/ see what you haven’t managed to previously!
So, that went well then… I was planning to put up an outfit post yesterday morning before taking off to the airport, but that was a total fail! You know that moment, I mean, you MUST have had this at least once happen to you, when you need your electronics to work the most and they totally “betray” you! My dear laptop decided to act up and freeze and then I had to restart it on force quit and when I’ve put it on again, it totally swiped away my outfit photos and I’m not enough of Mac wizard to have been able to find them again. Total bummer… I really loved the photos and the outfit that I was wearing. I will have to retake the photos once I’m back to Helsinki.
Aaaaaand today was the last day of my trip in Croatia. It’s always a bittersweet moment, but home, work and “daily life” are calling, so I’m flying out tomorrow. I’ve made sure that I maximise every day during this trip, so I’m leaving back home with a heart full of love and joy, as I’ve done everything to make people around me happy, I’ve spent time with my family, Â I’ve met some dear friends, I’ve bought bread to those who don’t have for it, I’ve signed petition for a good cause, I’ve enjoyed every single little thing and have realised yet once again that this quote “It’s not important how many years there’s in our lives, but how much life there’s in our years” is SO true! You can go on every single day without doing or experiencing anything special or you can live every single day as if it would be your last day.
Hello my dear readers! It’s late at night and I’m slowly turning into a night owl, since I always post so late nowadays. Gotta change that as I am actually a morning person and my brain functions the best in the morning, not having to mention that I love to do all of my daily tasks/ errands right away in the morning…
Anyhow, back to this post, I’ve had two really lovely days, spent outdoors, at market square and with my family. I’m very happy that the weather has been so good to me that I didn’t needed much clothes on and could enjoy the warmth of sun rays in the middle of October.
