Good Sunday everybody! Any lovers of avocado over here?? I’m SO avobsessed!! 😀 Avocado in anything, anywhere, anytime and I’m gonna be the first one to jump in and start munching. 🙂
My favourite way to have avocado is in guacamole, it beats any sandwich spread or salad “sauce” because it’s super healthy and so easy to prepare.
This is the way how I like to prepare it, but I do “adjust” it from time to time, depending on if I feel like I need more spiciness or so…

Put pitted avocado into a bowl, squeeze some lime juice,
add minced garlic clove, cilantro and salt+pepper.
Mash everything with fork and then chop up your
tomato and add it to the avocado bowl.
Mix everything together and your guacamole is ready!
You can always add more spice/ herbs, such as
chilli, oregano, dill, whatever your heart desires.
Eat your guacamole as a spread on an open sandwich,
eat it as a dip with tortilla chips or make it as a topping
or sauce for your salad.
