Why do you blog?

This blog started years ago as a fun place where I’ve been just sporadically publishing my outfits with almost no text at all or just a few lines and additional photos from my everyday life, but nothing too “constructive” or with any other point than having some sort of online diary and leaving it to the Internet universe to discover my blog and engage or follow if people wanted to. I didn’t put much thought into this whole “blogging” thing up until 2 years ago when I have come to terms that I care about this blog too much to let it go and that I want it to be more than some online diary which is just out there, in the sea of 1 million other active and nonactive, similar blogs.

That was the moment when I knew that it was about the time to take everything to the next level, I have switched from Blogspot over to WordPress and have clearly envisioned the new concept, why and for whom I’m blogging. Last week I was on the go 0-24 and upon meeting one of my friends in the evening, totally unprepared and with not that many “brain vibes” left working for that day, I got surprised by a question to describe my work in one sentence… Well, I don’t want to be able to describe my work in one sentence… My work, just like my personality ain’t that simple to be put into a sentence and there’re so many layers, so much work and effort put into it to conclude it with a simple sentence. BUT! If I would have to do this, I’d say that L’art of fashion is your destination to everything beautiful in life. It’s a little box of goodness from which you can pick what you want or what interests you in that certain moment, be it fashion, food, beauty, travel or maybe my own photography work.

I grew up in suburbs of a small city, always looking for an inspiration and for the people who are likeminded. I would like to believe that L’art of fashion does bring you inspiration and that I do manage to bring you beautiful and interesting bits and pieces of everything that surrounds me, be it a new recipe I’ve been cooking, new Monday motivation text, corners of my city / everyday life misc. or something else.

I hope that all of you know that I appreciate every single one of you for returning back to read, comment, ask questions, etc. I value it more than I can say it, that’s why I try my best to keep on producing content that will always be a “top” one, the only one which readers like you deserve to have. I might not always deliver, but I will always do my best in that given moment.

I’m blogging to share my thoughts, passions… To open up to all of you and reach your world in a way that I was hoping to have somebody reach mine when I was looking for it the most; when there weren’t relatable or “right” people to tell me the right thing and show me/ direct me towards finding and seeing beauty in every little thing that’s around me.

To conclude it: I blog for you my dear readers and I blog to inspire, to share… If I haven’t inspired or “touched” at least one person with my writing, photos, etc. then that day wasn’t a good one…
