Hello from Europe everybody! I have landed safely after a very long overseas flight, long layover and a short connecting flight to Helsinki. I haven’t slept more than couple of hours altogether in the past couple of days, but I’m hoping to get rid of jet lag soon so that I can fully enjoy the good ol’ Helsinki and Croatia to the fullest.
How was your weekend? Did you also fly somewhere? Since my brain is completely scattered and I can’t write that many sentences that make sense, I’ll just cut it short and say that I’m so glad to be visiting old home again. There’s something about being “used to” certain things, places, people. After three months of life in LA a place that I have for the first time visited and experienced, it felt good to land into a comfort zone yesterday morning.
These outfit photos were shot in LA, an evening before our flight to Helsinki. Photos were taken on the street / Sunset Blvd and as the sun was setting it made a very romantic vibe for this outfit post. The grandiose skirt is by H&M from their Conscious collection and I felt like a real princess wearing it. I would most possibly never go out in public with it in Helsinki but in LA I felt that it was totally cool thing to do. We went to Katana for dinner with a dear friend to enjoy some prime Japanese delicacies. OMG!! I can’t stop praising that restaurant! Just go there, like right now if you can! 🙂

It was so funny to learn that you would not wear the maxi in Helsinki and only in LA! I totally agree with you that in LA, anything goes.
