Hello to the new month of November! I simply can’t wrap my head around the thought that in less than two months, we’ll be celebrating Christmas!?! This IS my favourite time of the year and I’m all getting into the jolly “jingle bell” mood already now, but I still can’t believe that this crazy and life changing year is slowly coming to it’s end.
Good morning my dear readers! How are you doing? How was your weekend? I have to admit that daytime savings and switching our clocks one hour backwards has messed me up a little bit. I’ve been feeling very tired and “lost”. I hope to get back to normal asap. Maybe couple of sunny and warm days might help! π
Perfection? Why the heck didn’t I realised SOONER that such thing does not exist and that trying to chase it and become it will only take you to the darkest places, tear your soul apart and make you completely loose the sight of what matters and what’s real?!
Ding-ding! Alarm wakes me up at 7:15 am. I’m having hard times to open my eyes and get out of the bed. “Oh, but you do need to wake up Nata, otherwise the little one won’t make it to her kindergarten in time.” Darn it, ok, I’ll get up, just that I first check through Instagram a little bit. π After two reminder wake up calls, I finally get up and storm off to the kitchen to make breakfast, wake up the little one, get her ready for the kindergarten and wish her a great day as she takes off. This is how all of my mornings start during the working week. Do I even need to mention how much I appreciate laid-back and no alarm clock weekends?
Autumn? Is that you? Most definitely yes and I’m loving it! The most beautiful Autumn that I have ever experienced in my life was here in Helsinki. Last year’s Autumn was simply magical, the whole city was covered with gorgeous Autumn colours and it was a pure joy to walk in the city’s parks and pick up the fallen leaves, bring them home and then use them as a DIY for home decor, painting project with my daughter and similar.
Fantastic Wednesday is in front of us dear people so let’s get the best out of it. I have this incredibly big and positive fighting spirit/ mode going on and right now, nothing seems difficult or impossible to go through with.
Wooosh! That’s the sound of this week flying by! It’s been a very intensive week and I’m barely holding all of the “hooks” in my hands. There’s so much to do, work on, fulfil and I’m not even going to start with complaining on how my flat looks like a whole zoo of animals ran through it… Several times! π
Good morning world! I’m in a terrible rush today, so I’ll keep this post short. I hope that your weekend was nice and that you got to do everything that you’ve intended to.
Fall is definitely in full swing here in Helsinki! I’m more and more often waking up to rainy mornings or walking back home in the evening while the rain is “washing up” the city’s streets. As much as I love my sunshine and relaxing time by the beach, I also love the feeling of freshness and new beginning that the Fall brings. I don’t know how or why but I suddenly feel so much more creative, focused and find it easy to take on any work task. How about you my readers? Do you like Fall and why?
Good morning my dear readers! How are you and how was your weekend? I was SO tired over the weekend and have worked a ton, but have also managed to meet with my friends, run errands and get semi-prepared for this new working week. The schedule is quite hectic almost every day this week, but being organised and writing down on the paper everything ( I know, I know, I’m getting old-er π ) is the key to success. π
