Cruise chic with YSL beauty

Cruise chic? Yes, that was my lead thought when I was planning the style of my 2nd outfit for YSL beauty club. I love styling my outfits in retro and cruise chic manners when the temperatures are as high as they have been this Summer.Add some YSL beauty / make up products to a cruise chic outfit and the chances are that I’ll be feeling great and confident. 🙂

That is exactly how I felt shooting these photos on the beach of Amadria Park hotel resort. Even though my holidays are coming to an end, I’d love to still rent a sailing boat and cruise couple of islands here in Croatia. Do you like to sail? I literally LIVE for the Summer and am always at my best and happiest in the Summer! I know that places like LA have a never ending Summer but after experiencing life in LA I can say that true Summer fo r me is the Mediterranean one in June and July… All of my fave childhood memories come from Summer time. Somehow, Summers always hold some special kind of magic for me, a promise of new, better beginnings, romantic daydreaming about the future and melancholic remembering of the past times…

For some reason, Summers always recharge my batteries for the rest of the year and make me believe once again that everything I set my mind onto is possible to make come true. That is also how YSL make up made me feel, confident, empowered, inspired… Katarina did an incredible job creating the look and it took me a minute to put up this cruise chic outfit to go along with the make up.

I felt like a golden Hollywood times actress, I felt like I have met a new part of my personality which I haven’t been aware of, the one which loves everything retro and listening to old French love songs with a glass of good red wine while watching the breathtakingly beautiful sunsets from my vacation home balcony…
