Paldesk live chat

September 20, 2018

Paldesk live chat is one of many new additions which I’m preparing to bring on to my 2.0 version of blog. It’s been so many years ago that I have started this blog and now is the right time to either “let it go” and just stay active on Instagram OR making all nice and pretty and continue with a lot of new posts.

Paldesk is a live chat, you can from now on find it in the bottom on the right corner of my blog and if you click on it, you can so easily contact me and if I’m online then – live chat with me. 🙂

I always thought that one of the keys to be successful and to be able to stay “present” on the scene is by staying in touch with your readers. After all, you do want to know their feedback on what you’re putting out. I also find it very useful if you’re a small business and maybe don’t have a person who is working for you just to answer all of the FAQ which might / are coming from your customers, you would want to have Paldesk live chat to be able to communicate with them easily and directly by yourself.

It’s very simple to register with Paldesk and there is no doubt that it will bring a lot of benefits to you as a user. You can also connect your e-mail, FB and Twitter with Paldesk and answer to all of the questions your users might have from one place! That’s so time efficient and it’s much easier for you to stay organised and on point of your communication.

If you love travelling, I think that having a live chat such as Paldesk is helpful and very convenient. Many times I love to browse different flight operators, booking agencies for the hotels, etc. but not always I find it easy to contact them or if there is a “straight” contact, it’s usually to a robot and not a human.

One of the nicest things with Paldesk is that YOU get to customise it according to your wishes and in the line with your business. For instance, I got to use my own logo, red as my widget color, I got to decide on my welcome lines, etc.

I’m not the most savviest tech person around but even with this little knowledge that I have, I did managed to install Paldesk myself onto my blog. If you need any help, very sweet and helpful Paldesk support team is on your demand at all times and they will gladly help you out sort out any issues you might have with using the Paldesk.

Try it, you might love it! 😀
