The End

Yep! Can you guys believe that we’ve come to the end of 2015?! I simply can’t even wrap my head around the fact that in only 4 days from now, we’ll be in 2016! I still remember celebrating year 2000 and thinking how super cool the number is and it felt so “futuristic” but fast forward 16 years to this day and we’re entering a whole new year that, just like any other beginning of the year has a BIG importance for me.

I have always loved the “new beginnings” and possibility to start all over again. I do believe that you can start over or do whatever you have always wanted and be the person which you’ve always wanted to be, no matter what the calendar says… But even now, being more closer to my 30s than 20s, every 1st of January I wake up “smelling” a new, different kind of breeze in the air… The scent of the new beginning, something so pure, clean, untouched… It’s overwhelming! I feel as if it’s somewhat easier to leave all of the bad habits, memories, etc. behind and start a whole new chapter. Chapter that can be written just the way you want it… If you really think about it, set your mind in the right tune with your soul and decided that you’ll do something, IT WILL happen and it will come true!

When you look back on your life and think of all of the things that you have been passionate about and wished for to happen… Sooner or later they did come true, right? If they didn’t, then it’s better for you because sometimes, the higher power just knows us better than we do ourselves and there was a damn good reason why some things didn’t work out or gone the way that we’ve hoped them to.

Same goes for the people… I believe that we all attract people into our lives… Every person that comes to our life, enters it for a certain reason. Sometimes, we might meet the love of our life, the best friend, your future business partner and sometimes, people that cross the paths with you before they continue forward, they come to teach you a lesson or to open up your eyes and ears to something that you might have been “blind” to for too long.

To end this long post, I have a belief that a life is like a shore, we are the passengers standing on it and opportunities to do more, feel more, see more, etc. come to us as boats. Sometimes there’re really a lot of boats coming in and we might feel overwhelmed, but if we pick carefully and jump onto the right one, we’ll have the most incredible trip ever! If we wait for too long and miss out on the boats that have arrived and are about to leave… We don’t know when’s the next one coming and let alone, if the same boat will come back twice to the shore.

Don’t spend your whole life waiting for the life and people to happen to you, spend your life creating the life that you want to live and BE the person that you want to attract to your life. 🙂
