Termination bliss

Over the weekend I have decided to finally visit Rag&Bone store on Melrose Avenue. Beautiful store with great staff, an ongoing seasonal sale and fresh new picks for Spring/ Summer have arrived to the racks as well. I love Rag&Bone for their simplicity and very quality material that they use to make their clothes. In a way they remind me of Acne… It’s like Acne would be their Scandinavian brother. 🙂

This particular clean, black top from their latest collection caught my attention and after trying it on, I had to bring it home with me. We’ve been having a little bit “cooler” weather for the past two-three days, so I had to pull out my favourite jeans and have decided to finish up this look by adding classic Chanel ballerinas and my latest obsession – Drew bag!

Today was Cinco de Mayo and it was my first time celebrating it in US, esp. in LA where it’s a big deal. Before that I was used to Finnish version of this celebration which is called Vappu. Practically just another excuse to eat well and get drunk for no particular reason. 😀 I have totally “sabotaged” this day by going to a sweet mediterranean cafe and bakery called “Mama’s secret” located on West 3rd Street in case that you’re in LA or will be visiting soon and are craving good Turkish and Greek food. I’ll have a whole separate post about this place coming soon, so I won’t go into much details, but I can def. say that the food was authentic and delicious.

Tomorrow will be a museum day as I’m planning on visiting couple of museums and just walking around a completely new to me part of the city. Thursday is reserved for business from morning till afternoon and I’ll let you know more about an event I’ll be attending via my Instagram, so please do follow my daily adventures over there too ( @natakar ).
