It’s Thursday evening AND it’s 1st of April!? Say what? Nope, it can’t be that it’s been a month since I have arrived to LA?! This month literally flew by right in front of my eyes. Whole March was all about huge, life changing moments, filled with stress, happiness, really bad jet lag, being scared, being on a natural high, couple of really good cries, exploring the streets of LA and much more… As you can see, it was filled with lots of highs and lows which were plentiful and sometimes hard to deal with.

Fast forward to this day from the LAX airport a month ago, I have a home to live in, almost all of the furniture has arrived and is in it’s place and I have started to feel very comfortable on the streets of LA. The weather has been simply amazing, people have been more than nice and welcoming and I feel as if there’s so much to discover and to do here that at times I feel restless and catch myself planning what we’ll do and where we’ll go the next day.

I don’t want to EVER again waste a single day in my life not discovering something new and not growing as a human in general. Too many days were wasted in past on sitting at home, feeling sad and miserable and not liking my life one bit. Now, I have a feeling as if somebody gave me a breath of life and I won’t lose it. Once you stop moving, once you stop discovering, once you lose the will and need to do something, create something, experience something… That’s the day you should consider changing up the “game of life” and stir the wheel in the right direction or the “life” will swallow you and it’ll be hard to get a hold of anything good and inspiring… Believe me, you don’t wanna go there.

The point is – life is beautiful, it’s hard, it’s nasty, sometimes it kicks us right below the belt, but kick back, fight for the amazingness that life can be! Without a little bit of “blood” there won’t be proof of heaven, but once you get there, it’ll be SO worth it. I hope that LA will be the city where I’ll be able to pursue my dreams and change world even just a tiny bit, be it through my photography or written words… or both…
