Parisienne chic with Flattered

Give the woman a right pair of shoes and she’ll get her inner “little girl” come out! Ok, I just made this up, but that’s how I feel each time I get a new pair of shoes, namely shoes from Flattered. I have already previously written about these high quality, comfy and always so trendy and adorable shoes brand from Sweden, so check out posts about them here and here. 

I’m presenting you their new pair of shoes and they’re called Marcia. They have totally reminded me of the shoes I used to wear when I was little girl, when dressing up and getting all “pretty” for a special occasion was just becoming a part of my life. Those moments were the ones when I have unconsciously become in love with fashion and realised that clothes do make you feel special, different, give you a certain type of confidence and you feel like you’re at least for that one day, moment… a princess. 🙂

My outfit ended up being very Parisienne, very Isabel Marant (if I can say so myself) which suited the mood and weather of that certain day. Sunny and mood uplifting days in Helsinki are few so when they’re “ON” I’m more than happy to play with my wardrobe and style different pieces, new ones, old ones, find a new way how to use my accessories, etc.

Dressing up isn’t wain, dressing up is there to make us feel good, give our diverse character to stand out and make a statement. I wear my Mediterranean blood in me and on me and this is my little ode to sunny Mediterranean days and colors. 🙂
