Carnival

Oh my, what a blissful start of new working week?! The sun is shining beautifully, temp. has started to rise up slowly and the overall vibe is as if I’m on a “natural high” of vitamin D. 😀 

Crazy how weather can such a big impact on somebody’s mood and productivity?! I haven’t felt this good or energetic in a while and I’m so stoked that the Spring is just around the corner, the days will only keep on getting longer and there will be more sunny days from now on.

I can’t tell you how excited I was to ditch the boots and tons of Winter layers for today’s outfit post. Even though it’s still quite chilly to be walking like this outdoors, I def. did not freeze while presenting you one of my latest purchases and favourite pieces – the Carnival jacket!

February was the Carnival month and ever since I was a little kid, I loved anything that had to do with Carnivals and/ or circus. Any excuse to dress up, stand out and be silly was just what I have loved the most. I don’t have to mention that I was always the main entertainer on all of my friends’ birthday parties. 😀

Growing up in a small city and sort of closed and small community, any chance of seeing the travelling Circus and amusement parks were something what my parents never missed out on. I will be forever thankful for always taking me to see those shows and letting me be a part of the whole magic and fun that they bring.

Carnivals in Venice for instance are something I have never witnessed and I would love to! It’s one of my life’s dreams and I hope that maybe, already next year, those dreams will come true. To see what I will wear and mask myself as, you have to wait for a little but this jacket def. gave me a great inspiration! 🙂
