Dirty licks

Well hello my dear readers! How are you doing? Did you have a good weekend? Besides all of the lovely comments that you leave me on my outfits, I love hearing about your days and such, so please do feel free to write about your weekend if you feel like sharing. 🙂

The weather was absolutely magical over the weekend so I’ve used the opportunity to walk around the city a lot and discovering new corners, parks, places, etc. of LA is such a treat. I almost have to pinch myself on daily basis if I’m dreaming or something, because every single day I see so much beauty surrounding me here that it feels surreal. I guess by now you’ve guessed that I’m not using car as my means of transportation, but let me tell you, using my two, healthy feet has been so much more adventurous and revealing than riding in a car from spot A to spot B could ever be!

Almost everywhere I go, people ask me where do I come from, how come that I have moved all the way to LA and how do I like it. My answers are pretty much always the same, short and straight to the point, but when I ask myself how do I like it here, I can’t really answer that question with full certainty. Right now, I’m still seeing and experiencing everything through my “pink sunglasses” even though I did have my share of rough and stressful moments. So far, so good… I feel that I’m in the right place and have a lot to show and do here. Keep your fingers crossed for me dear people! Journey is only about to get even more interesting and exciting. 🙂
