Pick up with Foodora is one of the latest options this food delivery service has to offer. Up until not long time ago, you could only order food to be delivered to your home or office address, but not anymore. Pick up option allows you to browse through the restaurants that co-operate with Foodora, decide on your preferred pick up date and time, pick up your food and either eat it/ have it right there or bring it home with you, avoiding the delivery charge or waiting in the line at the restaurant or cafe.
Easy going weekends, esp. Sundays are my favourites. I live in a fast, typical Western world with tons of things to juggle at the same time, each day of the week. Between being busy with work, running errands and being a mom, it leaves too little time (often none) to just take a moment for yourself and do something different on a random day. I usually try to have my weekends more open to whatever spontaneous kind of schedule I come up with. Last weekend was a perfect moment for me to test Foodora’s #pickup service and get myself a cup of tea and one extra one to share with my daughter.
The day was rainy and we were both feeling cold, so #pickup service worked out perfectly for us. We were walking towards our favourite area in town, Punavuori and I have ordered an immediate pickup from Kaffecentralen. We came in, asked for our order and got our teas immediately. It’s so great that you don’t have to wait in the line to order your coffee/ tea/ food or bother with the payment, all you have to do is just come in, take your order and enjoy it. 🙂
If you would like to test this #pickup service too, please use the code LARTOFFASHION17 to get a 3EUR discount at the checkout. Act quick because only first 50 people can use this discount code. 🙂
