Autumn? Is that you? Most definitely yes and I’m loving it! The most beautiful Autumn that I have ever experienced in my life was here in Helsinki. Last year’s Autumn was simply magical, the whole city was covered with gorgeous Autumn colours and it was a pure joy to walk in the city’s parks and pick up the fallen leaves, bring them home and then use them as a DIY for home decor, painting project with my daughter and similar.

I can already see that we’ll be doing something similar this year too. 🙂 One thing that I also love about Autumn is the possibility of layering my outfits and being much more creative with all of the accessories. I feel that my outfits are the best and most interesting in September/ October.

October is MY month and I have already completely booked it with events, meetings, celebrations… I can’t wait that my sister arrives here and that’s when this month will get even better, just in time for my birthday! I can’t believe that I will turn 28 this year!? GEEEZZZZ!!! Wait! What? 😀 Yea, let that sink in Nata, let that sink in. We will get back to this theme soon. 😀

I had a really lovely weekend behind. On Saturday I’ve met with a friend ( touring musician ) that was shortly visiting Helsinki because his band played that night a show. We went for a quick lunch at Cholo restaurant, the best Mexican in town and the closest shot at Mexican food outside LA. On Sunday I’ve met with a friend and her adorable kids, spent time with my daughter by making delicious chocolate chip cookies, teaching her how to write numbers and how to count ( pluses and minuses ). To crown the weekend we went to our favourite Japanese – Kabuki and had a huge food feast there! MMMMM!!
